Gratitude is a Wild in Art event in aid of NHS Charities Together.
1. Your App Email
Wild in Art will process your personal data in order to identify your account and communicate with you if you require support and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Notice. You can change your preferences at any time in the Settings section of the app. We will only share your data with NHS Charities Together with your consent and in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
2. Your App Data
By using the app you acknowledge that Wild in Art will process anonymised app data i.e. no. of displays collected, no. of rewards unlocked, for event evaluation purposes. You can change your preferences at any time by emailing marketing@wildinart.co.uk
3. Your Photos
You bear sole responsibility for the photos which you choose to post on the app. By posting photos, you warrant that you have the permission and authority to do so and that, you understand the public will see them and may use/share that content. In posting photos to the app, you grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable licence to publish, display, copy, modify, create derivative works from and distribute the photos on the service. You also grant to Wild in Art the right and licence to use the photos in any way for the purpose of publicising the service and Wild in Art events and to grant sub-licences on the same basis. We reserve the right to moderate all submitted photos before publication.
