We are looking for artists and designers to bring the Gratitude sculptures to life. If you are interested in submitting a design, please download the Gratitude Artist Pack (pdf) and submit your design using the form below.
The deadline for art submissions is midnight on Sunday 31 January 2021.
Once you have completed the submission form you will receive an email which will give you instructions on how to email your design files and any supporting documentation.
Due to file size restrictions, please limit attachments a maximum of 2MB each and no more than four in total. Please ensure the files are clearly marked with your name and the title of your design.
