The artwork is inspired by the hope that this period in our history will make humanity have more compassion for each other and gratitude for those that have given their lives helping during this crisis. The artist has included the doves as conveyors of peace, love and hope for the future.
Amanda Quellin is a professional scenic artist and illustrator with over 20 years experience providing large scale art work for television, theatre and film. She has just completed a Masters in Children’s Book Illustration at UCLAN and was awarded a distinction and she has two books awaiting publication. Her work is mainly figurative in acrylic and oils.
